We concentrate on the essence behind the words, get to the heart of the matter, and enable each individual in the team to develop with dignity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:0.5em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0;padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20)\">Precise clarification of the objectives beforehand: What development steps are truly necessary for this team?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 day workshops on objectives such as\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.2\" class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li>Team building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarifying relationships and conflicts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarifying responsibilities and processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shaping team culture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing a shared strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-container-core-group-is-layout-a79260ef wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"padding-left:1.5rem\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop allows the team to examine and process its own issues.
