About Me
Clarity
My work often is a matter of clarity through differentiation and essential focus.
Those who are clear need few words only.
Those who act clearly offer others helpful guidance and reveal a tangible personality profile. This requires decisiveness and a willingness to follow through. Clear and authentic communication with others requires inner connection to oneself and one's own values.
It is very important to me to live this myself and to foster it in others through my work.
Appreciation
In many aspects of my work, a key part of my contribution is to have and create an understanding for others that enables mutual appreciation, whether for the first time or renewed. My foundation for this is a view of humanity that helps recognize human needs and positive intentions. I am convinced that every statement and every action — even if it is not always helpful — appears appropriate from a subjective perspective in the present moment.
In my work, I ensure that genuine appreciation can be felt toward customers, employees, superiors, colleagues, conflict partners, and oneself.
Responsibility
Responsibility is often taken on too little or too much. For me, handling responsibility carefully begins with recognizing personal responsibility for one's own life. Only those who accept their share of responsibility can hold others accountable. Those who take on too much weaken others.
The problems and conflicts associated with this are often the reason for or the subject of my work with managers, teams, and organizations. In this, I take care to carefully differentiate the distribution of responsibilities.
