Team Coaching


My approach is that the team's upcoming development step takes place in the workshop itself and doesn't just end up on an action plan waiting to be implemented later. We concentrate on the essence behind the words, get to the heart of the matter, and enable each individual in the team to develop with dignity.

In conflict coaching, after carefully listening to and considering perspectives and opinions, we create a foundation for mutual understanding and sustainable agreements that participants can accept as individuals – beyond their mere roles.
